History

1883 Manufacturing and sales of the file are managed by the Kajiyama family
1928 Mar Kajiyama three brothers formed a partnership with capital of 50 thousand JPY.
he file manufactory of Tsubosa was established and the president is KIzuichi Kajiyama.
1954 Nov The factory reorganised to be limited company.
The second generation of president is Tadashi Kajiyama.
1957 Oct. The capital was increased by 25 million JPY.
1961 May. Chugoku Steel Manufacture Ltd. was renamed.
1961 Oct. As the merging with Kobe Steel Manufactory and investment from Shinko Shoji Business Ltd., the capital was increased by 70 million JPY.
1964 Dec. The smelting department was seperated from Chugoku Steel Manufacture Ltd. and formed Tsubosa Smelting Ltd. with capital of 20 million JPY.
1971 Nov. The capital was increased by 45 million JPY.
1972 Aug. The new factory was established in Kure Industrial Area.
The site area is about 9650 square metres, and the building area is about 7655 square metres.
1974 Mar. The capital was increased by 50 million JPY.
1975 Jan. The capital was increased by 60 million JPY.
1985 Jun. The capital was increased by 70 million JPY.
1992 Mar. The company renamed as Tsubosa Ltd.
